Delivery

To ensure the timely delivery of your items, all orders are sent by the Royal Mail Tracked 24 service.

Please note that orders placed on a Friday will be despatched the following Monday - this is to ensure the quality and integrity of the product.

We only despatch orders from Monday to Friday, please remember that this excludes Bank Holidays.

Orders of £35.00 or more qualify for FREE Royal Mail Tracked 24 Delivery

We require a minimum of 24 hours to process your order. Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Items are normally delivered on the next working day in mainland UK.

Orders outside mainland UK such as the Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland may take up to seven days for delivery.

Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request and post your return.

Provided the product is returned to us within 14 days, is unopened, in its original packaging, and you can provide a receipt/proof of purchase, we will refund the purchase price. Please note that we will not issue refunds for any postage costs.

To start a return, you can contact us by emailing shop@chocolatinkl.co.uk. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

Customers are liable for any cost associated with posting a return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted and a refund will not be issued.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if your refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
