This herbal tea is produced free of agricultural additives and harvested traditionally in South Africa. It has a natural sweet, almost fruity flavour. Our Creme Caramel has added toffee flavour and sunflower petals.

Rooibos, or red bush, tea is grown only in a small area in the Cederberg region of the Western Cape province of South Africa.

The leaves of the plant are oxidised,and it is this process that produces the distinctive reddish-brown colour of rooibos and enhances the flavour. Rooibos tea contains polyphenols, iron, zinc flouride and calcium and magnesium and is caffeine free.
